As the Manager of the Westlake Village Branch of Coldwell Banker Realty, my number one priority is helping our Sales Associates develop, grow and sustain their real estate business. I want to see them thrive by providing an environment which maximizes their production and wealth building potential. My staff and I are dedicated and committed to providing a high degree of administrative service and support. Together with my agent support team, consisting of experienced and top producing agents, we provide weekly educational opportunities, one on one assistance and weekly office meetings. All of this contributes greatly to our agents being able to provide an excellent and professional experience for their clients. I personally have a high degree of daily availability for agent coaching, mentoring and transaction assistance. This culture of information sharing and support is what allows our agents to build their businesses based on a steady stream of referrals. In addition, we provide our Sales Associates with a full range of technologies and tools to advertise their services and meet the marketing and real estate needs of their Buyers and Sellers.
